I'm a Pulitzer Prize and Emmy Award-winning journalism executive with 20+ years leading innovation at the intersection of editorial integrity and emerging technology. I've pioneered VR storytelling at USA TODAY Network, launched 8+ successful journalism products from zero to scale, developed AI transformation strategies, and built frameworks that help organizations make better decisions under uncertainty.

My career began at 17 at the Arizona Republic and moved through design, content leadership, product development, and innovation strategy—culminating in VP of Product Innovation and Expansions at Gannett. I've worked inside newsrooms, alongside tech platforms, and with C-suite leaders navigating some of journalism's most complex transitions.

Over time, this has meant different things: building VRtually There (the first weekly VR news program, in partnership with Google/YouTube), co-founding StreetScout (a profitable local real estate site), helping launch Gannett's AI Council, creating proprietary innovation frameworks, and advising executives on platform strategy and organizational transformation.

I'm drawn to work that sits upstream of clarity—before roles are fully defined, before strategies harden, before the cost of getting it wrong becomes irreversible.
