Some of the most meaningful work I’ve done began without a clear job description or endpoint.
Within innovation and new ventures environments, my role was to help organizations move from ideas and intent to something real—shaping early concepts, aligning teams, and creating enough structure for progress without prematurely locking in answers.
This work often lived between strategy and execution. It required comfort with ambiguity, strong judgment, and the ability to translate across disciplines as ideas became products, and products became part of the organization.
